And.  You might also feel exhausted.  Overwhelmed.  Challenged to separate out what is yours from what is everyone else’s.  Flying under the radar after years of conditioning to stay safe, hidden, making as few waves as possible.  Depleted by decades of feedback that you are ‘too sensitive’.  Certain that nobody really gets you.  Wondering if you were even born into the right family.  Questioning why life and work can be so full of disappointment, full of feeling dismissed & overlooked, full of soul-sucking (fear-based) rules and barriers, full of being treated badly (less-than) by others, full of pain and suffering.  So.  much.  suffering.

It hasn’t been easy.

The world is designed for extroverts by extroverts.  Designed for power-over by those in power.  Designed for a specific group of people who look /think/act/fit in a specific kind of box.  Works out great if you fit in that box.  Business loves to reward agency (enough about me, what do you think about me?) and directive-ness and power traits that we could label as, well, it’s not feminine energy, right?  And we’ve learned how to adapt… even though it can cause us to not recognize ourselves sometimes.

But here’s the thing.  What if these were all just big misunderstandings?  Misinterpretations that were made with the best insights available at the time?  Misidentifications.  Incorrect conclusions. Artifacts of an era that is already obsolete.   Adaptable in the early years, but not effective any longer.  What if life as you’ve known it has been preparation for Life as it wants to emerge THROUGH YOU- through US— at this very moment in time?

Please don’t lose heart – the world of work needs you!

I believe that empaths and sensitives have been planted in business roles — like the star seeds that they are— very purposefully: to be on deck to guide the transformation that lies at our feet, to serve as the beating heart of the business & structural shifts we are all leaning into, to ensure that the voice of Love echoes through the halls of our institutions and the language of Love guides our thoughts, conversations, and actions.

My name is Colette Pellissier and I help professionals who are also empaths, Sensitives/ HSP or gifted outliers learn how to master their energy, emerge from the background, navigate congruently (stay in integrity), and thrive in their corporate roles so they can honor their soul’s purpose and make the difference they really came here to make.

I am an empath and HSP, myself.  I am a serial artist, intuitive, and an empathic animal communicator.  And I spent more than 4 decades in the business world culminating with more than 20 years in senior leadership in the Fortune 100.

My educational background includes masters degrees in Business Administration and Spiritual Psychology, and numerous certifications.  As a Professional Certified Coach, I am aware of myself as a Star Seed, a wayshower, and an alchemist.  Entrusted by Creator with any number of physical conditions that empaths are known to work with, as an advanced practitioner I’ve come to see them as my devoted teachers.

I have lived and am living the path of a highly sensitive, fulfilled business professional with deep influence, healing Presence, and have a lifetime of experience (and mad skills) to share with those who are called & ready to level up in service to Love.  And I would be delighted to share them with you.
